Due to the current situation caused by #COVID19 and the recommendations of the Community of Madrid (press_release_ES) to limit the spread of the disease, the direct intervention of Pinardi, Federación de Plataformas Sociales Salesianas and Asociación Guaraní centers has been cancelled…but we don’t stop here!

We have taken measures to maintain as much as possible the #LIMEproject continuing:

📌 Soft Skills: participants will be received individually online through Emplea+. The idea is to work on the first competencies levels, meaning those considered necessary to work in the company. They will receive training and a diploma with the competences each participant worked on.

It will be interesting to evaluate and see the results of this online training format and may have an added value to the dynamic and project!

📌 Kitchen contents: a shared Drive folder will be created in which the teacher uploads content for the participants so that they may read it during these days since they won’t attend cooking classes, but…they will work on this online as well!

📌 VIPS: there will be individual sessions through video-conferences and each participant will have an assigned mentor from VIPS. At the same time the mentor from Pinardi, Federación de Plataformas Sociales Salesianas will maintain the scheduled sessions on an online format.

All these actions will be done online by the staff of the #LIMEproject: the mentors will supervise all actions, will be present on any online follow-ups, will also make sure the participants stay active despite the distance and also inform them of the situation in Madrid as a preventive measure as well!
